EMMY AWARD-WINNING “JOURNEYS FOR GOOD” NOW STREAMING ON IGNYTE TV
Emmy award-winning documentary series Journeys for Good is now streaming on Ignyte TV.
Journeys for Good features original documentary content from volunteer travel experiences around the world. Produced by husband and wife production team Steve and Joanie Wynn through their Seattle-based production company Bayside Entertainment, the programs originally aired on public television, garnering multiple Emmy and Telly awards. Now, the content is available On-Demand on Ignyte TV, a channel which recently launched on Roku, Amazon Fire TV and Internet TV. The channel is cause-driven and educational, connecting its audience to social and environmental issues as well as introducing ethical brands and products to consumers.
Two programs are currently airing. Journeys for Good: Tanzania tells the story of a group of female travelers who climb Mt. Kilimanjaro and then refurbish classrooms at a school for AIDS orphans outside of Dar Es Salaam.
Journeys for Good:Cambodia follows a diverse group of volunteers who travel to Siem Reap to build wheelchairs for local landmine victims. In addition to the half-hour documentaries, additional short webisodic content is also available for viewing.
