Description

Ocean5 is a brand new social gathering spot in Gig Harbor, Washington — with farm to table restaurant, Table 47, craft cocktails, laser tag, game arcade and bowling.  It’s a one-stop shop for fun seekers of all ages.

While the beautiful new complex was still under construction, Bayside Entertainment was honored to be chosen to produce a behind-the-scenes piece on a fascinating art installation by Brian Brush.

Creative director Steve Wynn covered the process as Brian painstakingly hung each part of the sculpture on a giant scissor lift.  He also set up a timelapse to capture the progress over the four-day process.

To top it off, Executive Producer Joanie Wynn conducted an interview with the artist and shaped selected soundbites into a narrative for the video.

As a Kitsap Pensiula-based production company, Bayside Entertainment was pleased to help create a video to celebrate such an exciting new local venture.

I discussed the project with the creative production team at Bayside Entertainment.  They scouted our location, still under construction at the time, and made many recommendations based on the complexity of the project: a 4-day installation of an art piece that hung from 40 feet up. They delivered a time lapse recording based on our original request and scope, but also delivered a beautiful interview and “behind the scenes” footage with the artist that perfectly articulated the essence of the art piece and our brand. I highly highly recommend them!
