A Emmy and Telly award-winning cameraman and video editor, Steve Wynn leads Bayside Entertainment with an incredible breadth of production experience. He is the ultimate hyphenate; a director/shooter/editor who draws on his deep knowledge in virtually every aspect of production.
A San Francisco production industry veteran of over 25 years, Steve began his career at KPIX-TV, Channel 5 in San Francisco working on early magazine format programs like “Evening Magazine”, “PM Magazine”, “Bay Area Backroads”,“Pacific Currents” “Mack and Mutley” and “Hot Streak”.
Steve has traveled the world for broadcast clients including Travel Channel, Discovery Channel, Animal Planet, History Channel and HGTV. He won his first Emmy for his videography work on Discovery Channel’s “The Next Step”. He also directed, shot and edited promotional videos for Lucasfilm and Sony.
In 1997, he married Joanie Burton, a Los Angeles video producer and, together, they formed their video production company, Bayside Entertainment. Steve and Joanie developed and produced their passion project “Journeys for Good”, a volunteer travel program which won 3 San Francisco regional Emmy awards along with multiple Telly awards.
Steve recently relocated to the Seattle area where he continues to produce work for broadcast and corporate communications.
